1. Package Validity

• Expiration Date: All packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. After the 6-month period, any unused treatments or services will expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed.
• No Extensions: Unfortunately, we cannot extend the expiration date of packages under any circumstances.

2. Flexibility in Usage

• Anytime Use: Treatments and services included in the purchased package can be used at any time within the 6-month validity period. There is no need to book all treatments at once—feel free to space out your visits according to your schedule and preferences.
• Appointment Scheduling: Treatments must be booked in advance, subject to availability. We recommend scheduling your appointments early to ensure you can fully enjoy all the services within the package before it expires.

3. Package Transferability

• Non-transferable: Spa packages are non-transferable to another individual. They are intended for personal use only and cannot be shared or gifted once purchased.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: All package purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the package and its terms before completing your purchase.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled treatment or a cancellation fee.

5. Package Customization and Substitution

• Customization: Depending on availability and the treatments offered in the package, we may allow some flexibility to customize your experience (such as substituting a different treatment for one included in the package). Please inquire directly with us to discuss any customizations.
• Substitutions: If a treatment or service included in your package is unavailable or discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Package Prices

• Pricing: Prices for spa packages are listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, once you have purchased a package, the price is locked in for the duration of its validity period.

7. Late Arrivals

• Late Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and treatments will end as scheduled to accommodate other clients.

8. Liability and Health Considerations

• Health Disclosure: Before receiving any treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. We will work with you to ensure your treatments are safe and suitable for your specific needs.
• Liability: Luminance Beauty & Body is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or side effects resulting from treatments or services performed, except where such issues arise due to our negligence or error.
